Antoinette has been a mediator since 2009 and an attorney since 1994. Before starting the Mediation Project in 2013, Antoinette was a senior attorney in NYLAG’s Matrimonial & Family Law Unit of which she also served as director from 2001 to 2004. Prior to her work at NYLAG, Antoinette was an attorney with Lansner & Kubitschek, a law firm dedicated to providing services in family law and civil rights. She has participated as a teaching assistant at mediation trainings by the Center for Understanding in Conflict and she is a mediator for the New York City Family Court Mediation Program. She is the president of the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York, and a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association. Antoinette is also certified in collaborative law.
