Jenni is the Coordinating Attorney for NYLAG’s Queens Volunteer Lawyer for the Day (VLFD) Project located in the Queens County Civil Court.  Within this project, volunteer lawyers and law students provide limited scope representation to unrepresented consumer debtors.  For the past four years Jenni has been working as a Volunteer Attorney for CLARO at the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project.  At CLARO, she advises pro se litigants on a range of consumer debt issues, including preparation for court cases, handling debt settlement companies, debt collection harassment, scams, credit scores and bankruptcy.  Prior to working on consumer debt issues, Jenni was a Staff Attorney at Nassau/Suffolk Law Services where she worked on behalf of persons with developmental disabilities, primarily on health care and special education issues.  Jenni received her J.D. from City University of New York School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
