Nina is a Skadden Fellow in NYLAG’s General Legal Services Unit. Her fellowship project aims to provide quality mediation services to low-income parties involved in employment-related disputes ranging from wage and hour issues, discrimination, and accommodations claims. Nina received her B.A. from University of Florida and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Nina taught first grade in Harlem as a Teach for America Corps Member and earned her M.S. in Elementary Education from Hunter College in 2012. Nina is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. In law school, Nina worked as a law clerk at Make the Road New York, the Office of the General Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the federal Department of Labor’s Regional Office of the Solicitor. Nina is licensed to practice law in New York.
