Haitian TPS

NYLAG established the Haitian Temporary Protected Status Project in January 2010 to assist Haitian nationals in receiving Temporary Protected Status (TPS) after the tragic January 12th earthquake. NYLAG staff assists in completing applications and provides direct representation when necessary. NYLAG also trains service providers and pro bono partners on how to assist eligible Haitian nationals and their families comprehensively.

To make an appointment to renew your TPS, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding this or any other matter, please call NYLAG’s TPS Hotline at 212-946-0341.
