Rebecca Wallach
Director, Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Program (EFLRP)
Rebecca Wallach is the director of the Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Program (EFLRP), which represents low-income New Yorkers in accessing and maintaining Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care services. Rebecca began her legal career at NYLAG as a Skadden Fellow advocating on behalf of “dual eligible” clients – those with Medicaid and Medicare – as their Medicaid long-term care services were transitioned to managed care. Following her Skadden Fellowship, she was a law clerk for Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom in the Eastern District of New York. She returned to NYLAG in 2017 to continue her advocacy for dual eligible and other vulnerable Medicaid recipients.
