RESOURCE: Expedited Removal Advocacy Letters

This expedited removal advocacy letter is for legal service providers to fill out and provide to pro se community members so that they may present it to an immigration officer in order to assert that they are not subject to expedited removal and/or to request a credible fear interview. The letter is intended to be printed double sided with one side in English for the immigration officer and the reverse in a language that the community member understands.
