Joshua has been with the Tenants’ Rights Unit since February 2017, working on behalf of tenants in Manhattan in nonpayment and holdover proceedings, as well as HP actions and administrative hearings. Prior to joining NYLAG, Joshua worked with CAMBA Legal Services, practicing in the Staten Island Housing Court. He received his J.D. in 2015 at Fordham University School of Law, and received a B.A., magna cum laude, at Rutgers University – New Brunswick, where he majored in Political Science/History and minored in Cinema Studies.
