Rebecca Wallach, Director of NYLAG’s Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Program (EFLRP), and Valerie Bogart, Of Counsel, submitted a testimony to the New York State Legislature regarding healthcare and Medicaid issues in the proposed NYS Budget for Fiscal Year 2025.
