TPS is an always changing and ever evolving form of relief for migrants, and this training covers recent updates in the law, including eligibility, best filing practices, and how to compile the strongest TPS application possible. Although TPS is often overlooked, it is an extremely valuable tool to have when advocating for vulnerable immigrant communities, especially in the context of our immigration system today.
