Anna is a staff attorney with NYLAG’s Consumer Protection Unit. She advises and advocates on behalf of low income New Yorkers who face identity theft, debt collection scams, credit reporting errors, struggles due to consumer and student loan debts, and other financial crises. She also assists with the Consumer Credit Volunteer Lawyer for a Day (VLFD) programs in the Bronx and Queens, whose volunteers represent defendants in court in consumer credit cases. Before joining NYLAG, Anna was a Brooklyn Law School postgraduate fellow in the Matrimonial and Family Law Unit at NYLAG. Anna graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2013, where she was a Charles H. Revson Fellow, an Equal Justice America Fellow, and a Sparer Fellow. During law school, she interned at various organizations including the Brooklyn Family Defense Project, the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, and Brooklyn Law School’s Employment Law Clinic.
