Elissa started the Employment Law practice at NYLAG. She focuses on building relationships with community groups and the private bar; co-counseling a variety of employment cases and serving on the conference planning committee for the National Employment Lawyers Association’s New York Chapter. Elissa has developed a varied employment practice with a focus on wage and hour cases, criminal history discrimination, the Family and Medical Leave Act and/or pregnancy discrimination. Elissa is a graduate of the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.
